West Wind Hardwood Inc. donates lumber

West Wind Hardwood Inc. has graciously donated the lumber needed to build a small tender at the school. The boat will be raffled off at the Silva Bay Shipyard Launch Festival on April 17-18th this year. West Wind’s spokesperson stated that the “Silva Bay Shipyard School’s mandate of Maintaining the Art of the Wooden Boat is admirable and most worthy of supporting”.
A big thanks to West Wind for supporting the school.
